By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; the treatment you receive at M2 Physio is governed by the consent and treatment arrangements made with your physiotherapist.

Health information on this site is general

Everything on this website is general information about physiotherapy and the conditions we treat. It is not personal medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for an assessment by a registered practitioner.

Reading this site does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. Do not delay seeking care, disregard advice you have been given, or start or stop treatment on the basis of anything published here. If your symptoms are severe, worsening, or you are concerned, contact your GP or call 000 in an emergency.

Bookings

The times shown when you book are our real availability, taken from Halaxy, the practice management system we use to run the clinic. A time you choose is a request, not a confirmed booking: your appointment exists once we have confirmed it with you. If a time is taken between your choosing it and our receiving it, we will contact you to arrange another. Please do not send urgent or clinically sensitive details in a booking note — call us instead.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, logo and branding of this site are owned by M2 Physiotherapy & Allied Health or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or adapt any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation — a health fund, a professional body, a government service — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
